Andrea was a finalist in the Daily Mail Enterprising Young Brits 2009, Creative category as well as in the Best Young Entrepreneur at the Lambeth Business Awards 2009 and the Precious Online Young Entrepreneur of Year 2008 runner-up.

The Playvybz.com Boss Lady is also an ambassador for Make Your Mark, an organization dedicated to encouraging entrepreneurship amongst young people. She shares this platform with Jasmine Dotiwala, head of MTV Base, amongst other public figures and business luminaries.

CIPD-qualified Sandra has over twenty years of experience as a specialist in Human Resources, working at Business Partner Level, with Directors and Senior Policy-makers in both the Public and Private sectors.

After graduating from Westminster University with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Sandra launched her independent Business Consultancy (SmartA Business) which led her to the Playvybz Fam. After deciding to stay as a permanent member of the Fam, Sandra has been instrumental in developing the Academy, training and mentoring young people as well as delivering our programmes.  

 Diane Laidlaw AKA Miss Laidlaw, Studio Team Member and DJ 

Diane AKA Miss Laidlaw, is an aspiring music producer from West London.

In a wish to connect with other women interested in the art of making music, she created the girls only website Female Beatmakers; providing a forum for creative women to network, inspire and support one another.

In 2008 and 2009, a mixture of her love for music, passion for people, and great knowledge of underground musicians; saw Diane put on an event in dedication to charities Womens Aid and Lupus respectively.

Esrael Alem, Studio Team Member


Esrael is passionate and enthusiastic about both music and people.

This aspiring young entrepreneur has arranged interviews with UK Funky House producing phenomena Crazy Cousinz, appeared in a video with them, handled business backstage at the 2009 Thurrock Festival and mobilised a Street Team to film at Playvybz-supported events in the latter part of 2009; and all whilst studying Media at college-phew!

Esrael is currently learning more about his interest in Artist Management and event promotion, and has even selected a few talented performers for his first record label-watch this space!

 Ange-Patrick Kapo, AKA Bgossy, Studio Team Member and DJ

Hailing from Africa's Ivory Coast, Bogo Si brings a vibrant, ever-fresh (we don't think he's been seen in the same outfit twice) and energetic flavour to the Playvybz Fam.

The multi-talented young host also designs casual fashion wear-with an attractive and refreshingly simple brand; Bogo Si's range reflects the past, present and future of his journey; with a strong African motif.




Cherine Wilson AKA Shorty, Studio Team Member

Shorty is from a musical background-from performing, writing, producing and playing it; she has a hand in everything right now!

Always supporting the debates (not to mention stoking them up LOL) the Playvybz Chatz room, Shorty gets involved wherever she can; and is always willing to share her knowledge with guests, trainees and new recruits to the Playvybz Fam.

Roury Hinds AKA Raw Talent, Studio Team Member

Roury is one the jokers of the studio team-if you need a laugh, he will not disappoint with links to the latest jokes and videos! 

Roury is also from a musical background, and performs regularly around London, so you may already know him as Raw Talent. He has been known to sing some impromptu verses on the odd live show so listen out for his dulcet tones!

Friendly, helpful and quick; Roury is combining his singing and work with Playvybz with college.
